FOOD USAGE

For decors painted on the plates, I exclusively use lead-free colours.
Lead colours are only used for objects or sufaces having no contact with food.
Whatever the kind of colours used, objects are fired at very high temperatures and therefore are dish-washer proof.

DELAYS

Items shown in the "shop" section are available. 
Some time delay has to be considered in case of special orders. 
Bear in mind the number of items to be decorated, the complexity of the motif as well as the availability of the china and other pending orders. 
On average, expect up to 3 to 4 weeks. 
Larger delays necessary for complete dish sets or decorated china tiles for bathroom or kitchen. 

SALES CONDITIONS

Indicated tariffs are established taking into consideration the price of the porcelains, the complexity of the motif (time spent), the colours used (for example some colours are more expensive -violet- as they contain gold),  the number of firings  (as an example, red colours cannot resist the same temperatures as blue colours without any possible damaged).

Indicated tariffs do not include delivery costs.

Orders are delivered by post by "colissimo" according to French Post tarification (depending on package weight & dimensions)
